	Risk of contamination can be eliminated for patients and clinicians through the use of ConnectSmarts™ in the following applications. Applications INFUSION LINES. Enhances infusion line configurations that require o closed-loop circuits. VIALS. Facilitates transfer of fluids from vials into syringes (i.e. during reconstitution of drugs). SYRINGES AND SYRINGE PUMPS. Both can be used to administer chemotherapy, cardiology and other drugs without the risk of drug exposure during the connection and infusion procedures.
